Happy Holidays, Jim,

I was listening to some investment talk show the other evening and they were discussing that there's a net cash flow OUT of the foreign stock funds. This is after a very long period of net inflow.

Isn't it amazing that we AIMers are there buying up the shares of those running scared from the foreign markets? With long faces, the reporters were stating that such and such country's markets were down umpteen percent for the year. The way they made it sound, it was only a matter of time until those markets ceased to exist AT ALL!! No thought of bargain shopping was mentioned!

Without AIM's liquidity and buying power, there would be no chance to take advantage of such situations. My Hong Kong fund is a good example. It's starting to come back off its recent lows, and coinsidentally, those lows happened just as I ran out of cash! Now, with a bit more good news, maybe I can start recovering my cash position!!! (profitably, I might add)

Best regards, Tom
