Hi Bob,
There was no demand and market for Scandium before.
Recently CVR received inquiries from Large Aluminum company regarding their Scandium deposits and made a quick move acquiring additional 120 acres.. As we know, the company has no extra cash and would not do this if this property had no value. Now CVR controls 100% of all known Scandium deposits in North America.
To cut a contract both parties have to know how much of this mineral can be extracted
annually and for how many years this supply will last so, the usage of this mineral in
industries will be economically feasible.
CVR is planning to start exploration work in 1Q 1998, probably, with the help of potential partner and if results are good,
this should be a Big Story Stock...I trust the numbers.

There is a rumor about CVR and Gurdian merger. How this merger will
effect CVR shareholders? Any comments will be appreciated
Regards,
Sam

p.s. Guys, sorry for my English: it is my second language
