So you claim. But your claim that they HAD and that there were segregated voting lines was wrong too. Why should you believe you?

As for INTENT, all that means is that ascribe ill intent to people who aren't liberals. Liberals, being liberals, are deemed righteous because you say their INTENT is good by definition, even though liberal policy ideas are usually disasters in real life.
