Indeed this judge is acting as a member of the prosecution team. She won't let a series of texts in because no one can be sure they weren't sent by someone using Trayvon's phone? Isn't that what the prosecution is supposed to argue? Would this judge throw out evidence found in a car or a home or a personal computer because others might have had access to it? If so, there would never be a way to convict drug dealers or child pornographers.
