Apple broke antitrust laws in ebooks case: reports

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- A U.S. judge on Wednesday found that Apple violated antitrust laws in an ebooks case, reports said. The tech giant is liable for conspiring with publishers to increase ebook prices, New York-based Judge Denise Cote said in her opinion, according to an AFP report. A new hearing will determine damages.
