Joe, Food chain wise. Lu being the whale/ Asnd being the bass/ Netva being the minnow. Not a big deal digestion wise. Netva's switching technology is very specific, and in what many perceive as a very hot corner. Lucent is not Netva's only OEM and strategic partner. Considering how, and with whom Netva's component products might interface,one sees infinite possbilities. ARDEE
