Hi Bill,

I mostly agree with your comments. I have some other observations however.

First why would the company announce anything positive when they are trying to get the bid down as low as it can go and then convert. I'm hoping for positive news AFTER the conversion.

Second, I believe the company is still solvent only because Rubin has lent the company money -- in the form of dibentures. I'm not sure about the longer term prospects for this company, but I'd like to think that once the conversion are done, there is a plan to get some shareholder return. Maybe like selling their properties (if they own them) to another chain or something. I've got to believe their locations are worth $$$ to other restaurants that already have a strong following.

Next week should be interesting (but not necessarily profitable),
