Not enough of anything for a criminal case. No fraud, just failure of a technology in the marketplace and misguidance. I think the Accounting firm is more to blame for inadequate checking and misreporting the financials.
Furthermore, NUKO has slick talkers who sound very concerned and sincere on the health of the company, as I was told. I was fortunate never to get the chance (i.e. rejected and snobbed at the receptionist desk) to talk to any of the management. Hence I dumped my holding five months ago and traded it instead. For me, any company that does not care about shareholders should not have been a public company in the first place. Who knows, if it had been otherwise, I am probably recovering from the Nuko syndrome as well. Oh heck!, for the unlucky ones, perhaps it was just an expensive tuition cost at Nuko University.
At the least, I am very happy to see some of the old posters come back here once in a while. My gut feeling is this company may still have some life in it, because it is not yet dissolved and there is no news on filing for chapter 13.
Anybody has an update on how many employees they still have?, and is their engineering staff still intact?
To those posters who have management ears (i.e. have privilege and clout) to talk to company's ceo, coo, cfo, or any other c with o - appreciate greatly if you post an update on the company. |
