Government has to enforce people and industry, so they will not pour mercury into a river, or a zillion other things. People cannot do it, it must be done by an organized group.

I am sure you would agree government has the right to prevent an industry from pouring mercury or PCB's into rivers.

That is only one example of thousands I could provide that shows clearly we need some government in commerce.


That's not government in commerce. That's saying "you shall not poison your neighbor". Its not an attempt to direct commerce, to pick winners, to favor some and disfavor others, or to plan how the economy works.
