HI Harold:

Thanks for the reply and the welcome. Actually I'm in at the average of $3.91 for 2500 shares. Will buy again if it dips to $2.75. I wouldn't spend too much time on FNCLY, unless you understamd the technology, which I don't, but at under 2 it looked like a good buy, and I am not long. Have a nice Sunday and I'll be back when we have further developmnets. Gary
