APOL - Apollo Group

Much has been written about the fate of for-profit educators, but, at this price, APOL appears tremendously cheap. APOL currently trades at just 3 times mean five-year free cash flow, and 4.8 times last year's free cash flow. Changes in student loan rates will have a detrimental effect on earnings, but to what extent? I don't believe these companies as a class will all blow away, and I certainly think at $18.50 APOL is worth a look.
