Ron, the point is that in managing a small company, the CEO must be both a man of vision (broad attention to long range strategic goals and the tactical steps involved in getting to the goals) and a detail man, making sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed. This problem is an indication to an outside observer that BC might have beem overwhelmed with the details. Zeev
