Glenn, I agree that $45 might be final price. The $40. figure is a floor if there is any truth to the rumor about the offer at $35. If there were no other companies with potential interest in ASND $40. mightbe good enough but $45. might frighten off other bidders. Many deals are announced on Sundays so keep fingers crossed. Karl
