Maybe, but not to intentionally kill someone....just pulling the gun and showing it would have been more than enough or even just shooting to wound......why not?


that's just foolish. If you have a guy on top of you and punching you and you are in fear for your life, you don't pull the gun to show it to him. If you are on bottom you have fractions of a second to do something. After that, that gun becomes his gun. And shoot to wound? Are you kidding? If you are in a situation where your life is threatened, first of all, you're lucky if you hit anything, so shooting to miss ain't gonna help your situation. But you shouldn't be pulling out the gun unless you are willing to shoot to kill.
