The lesson here to be learned is that if sncg the public entity, and its current ceo LS are still in tact (of course this is an assumption), then, something positive for sharevalue will come out of it if acquisition/merger is still the objective. According to previous releases and conversation with LS, this is still his focus and goal. Perhaps the recent activity means that he is getting close?????????? Past history also tells me to stay on the sidelines for now and don't react to these movements in the stock and also to advise others of the same. Bill Monier
