To the side and in front? You can't seem to decide what the hell you mean. According to testimony during the trial, his gun was stashed behind his belt near his back, invisible to anyone looking at him from the front.


I know exactly what I mean. I mean that it wasn't in back and it was to one side rather than right in front. There was testimony to that effect. In other words, he wasn't laying on top of it when he was on his back.

My God......did you see the size of the gun? Its no bigger than a hand. Are you confusing it with the Jody Arias trial?
