I do think that if any good comes out of this case it would be for Florida, and any other state that has similar legislation, to revisit the "stand your ground" law. I agree that this does make it more likely there will be more similar actions to the one we have seen if not repealed. The next 30 days will probably provide the answer on any civil and/or justice department actions.
