Z's brother was just on CNN again, and again was impressive.

When asked about the potential for a civil rights case, he pointed out that there is considerable evidence that Z is anything but a racist. He has a long history and a long list of blacks who will speak out in his favor.

I really wouldn't put it past Holder though.
