When you have a president who is routinely choosing which laws to enforce and which ones to ignore, and one who is constantly making race an issue where it shouldn't be, and an AG who selectively prosecutes cases based on who-knows-what rationale, it is no surprise when the rule of law starts to evaporate. Everything starts at the top.
