I wouldn't worry about the mouth, high school kids are pretty familiar with the language. I'd be more focused on the out of control anger. I once had a customer who who blew up at me with irrational anger and a few days later she died of an aneurism of the brain. Of course in her case the rage and anger was new, with (the unnamed poster) it seems more like a lifestyle choice.
