Here's a monthly gold chart over the past 22 years... we can see that gold broke out upward from a wedge pattern and has just now come back to retest the overhead break out line... also, we can see that gold has also moved above that same overhead wedge line which is also the upper line of a lower price channel... from here, it looks bullish...FWIW
