Zeev,

Nice analysis. The market just gave IPM (and 'investors')a BIG wake up call. Some 'investors' will heed it & becomes 'traders'. IPM appear to have responded by borrowing a short term 'fix' of capital. Considering the serious financial situation (high cash burn rate), & potential major dillution of existing shareholders with a convertible 'junk bond', this seems a passive approach.

A company in trouble needs to make drastic changes, IMO. Expenses need to cut, expensive executive auto's need to be sold, compensation levels need to be drastically cut, revenue needs to be generated. Where is the bulk pilot plant at Goodyear that Le mentioned to some of us at the AGM? This was to be build for testing & revenue generation. They have clearly chosen to dillute existing shareholders rather then attempt to generate revenue or rapidily prove up assets(imo). If these new funds were directed towards revenue generation to offset development costs then I would have a bit more faith in the current management.

I hold the viewpoint that this company has become an arbitrage situation for the MF's. They appear to have not sold and either have complete control of the company right now or will soon have with the 'convertible junk bond' issue.

Oh, BTW, ... some of us 'non-shareholders' are still 'allowed' to post here as well as on the DD-TA thread!

Regards,
Bob
