C'mon...wait for the police to take care of the problem while remaining in the car with her gun...who on earth would do something so rational while the abusive husband in all likelihood is burning her clothes. She must go back into the house to save her clothes and as soon as the abuser picks up his deadly weapon sidewalk, blow the guy away...clothes saved, back at work next day, abuser eliminated and minimal bullet holes in house walls.

Why migosh, informing the police of the problem, waiting for them in her car with a loaded gun while keeping an eye on her abusive husband; why on earth do that when you can get a quick acquittal after no testimony by dead husband and all the other advantages above?

And on top of all that, just imagine...no lawsuit.
