Both sides overwhelmingly approve of the merger, now they mutually agree not to merge. What's the real story? There really seems to be an underlying problem here. Maybe GTs 4th quarter is not panning out well. It's just another feather in my argument cap. The best thing would have been for this agreement never to have happened. I would suggest not being blind, which we all are at this juncture, and find a safer place to invest for our future. Don't find excuses for these screw-ups. They are sometimes signs of things to come. Again, I hope I am wrong. Buddy
