The Secret FISA Spy Court that makes decisions on national security. Eleven members sit on this court, often thought of as a parallel US Supreme Court, 10 of which are Republicans! Members are solely appointed by Bush-appointed Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, John Roberts. On the Federal judicial bench, due to a long string of Republican presidencies, Republican appointments outnumber Democrat appointments by nearly two to one. And, of course, nearly all of Obama's current judicial appointments are held up by the Republicans in the Senate. Rule of law in America? Keep America safe for corporations so Republican CEO's, boardmembers and shareholders can do well. After all, America has become for the richest of the richest!
