Thank you for the peek into the behind the scenes of the making of the 1020. This one article shows that Nokia still has what it takes. The misguided arrogant bully has learned the error of its ways and is coming full circle. They have learned to blend market empathy and creativity. And it seems their vertically integrated history combined with their newfound ability to work horizontally with their partners (Q, Softy, Zeiss) worked to their advantage and played a big part in bringing the 1020 to market. One review of the 1020 said, Nokia has outdone itself. I trust Nokia is eagerly working and truly listening to the footsteps of what Q is bringing to the market. They realized that if they had listened to Q back in 2004... They could have had it all. This is their second chance. Working with Q they have achieved windows phone dominance. They have learned to be great partners rather than terrible partners and one day will thank Q immensely. I think Nok will now probably be first to market with any Q innovations. Nokia IS a different company now.
