Zimmerman waived his right to use the 'Stand your Ground' law as a defense. At no time did he claim he felt he was in personal danger, until he was brutally attacked at which time retreating was not a choice. His defense was a simple right to self defense.

Politicians are running around like chickens with their heads cut off complaining the 'Stand your Ground' law fucked things up.

There is so much media mis-information and political mis-information flying around, it is overwhelming.
