You say they are wrong. How do you figure. It is happening right in front of their face.

No its not happening at all. In the past it could be said to be happening, with gay people discriminated against and private, consensual, non-commercial, adult, gay sex occasionally subject to prosecution, and with all the government and government mandated discrimination against minorities (of course Democrats had a lot to do with all of that), but that's in the past.

And Texas has legislation that would ban about 90% of all abortion clinics.

It might (and the claim is probably dubious anyway) ban 90% of them as they are set up now, but a number of them could change to meet the new requirements. In any case banning 100% of them wouldn't be a war on women (it would be a war on abortion clinics).
