Dear Michael:

After lurking about a few weeks I would like to make some observations that have not been brought up.

I will throw out some statistics that may not be entirely accurate. WWW usage is currently 20% of households increasing to 50% in 5 years. On line brokerage accounts are now 5% of investors increasing to 20% in 5 years.

Because the type of information TSIS disseminates over the telephone and 800 numbers, can so easily be disseminated over the internet won't the increasingly popular internet dimminish their market and if so what are their plans to start an on line service to be used along with the 800 service.
