Chas, I'd say GRNO is at ground level right now. And as far as skill levels go, there are some things like securities law I would be inclined to defer to my hired help who are supposed to have the background to do their job right for the company. South Carolina accused GRNO and Bill of violating their own agreement in selling stock. I don't know anything about that, but I'd say it was serious and I hope it doesn't happen again with the new law firm. Charles
