Have to wonder why successful cities with great mass transit are so much more expensive relative to anywhere else these days compared to 30+ years ago. And will this be the downfall creating metro areas with such great divisions based on income and wealth where any good safer areas are so unaffordable even to the middle class. I have my own theories..
