Roads are terrible in SC by the way.

Not surprising. Boeing moved to SC because they are paying virtually no taxes and got all kinds of freebies. And ever since the new plant opened, they have been holding it over WA state's heads...........if you don't do what we [Boeing] tell you to do, we'll move more operations to SC. Well two weeks ago, the plant manager for SC announced that they will not be able to produce 3 planes [dreamliners] per month as was once projected for 2013. It will only produce 2 per month. Meanwhile, the production rate here in Seattle is expected to be 10 per month by the end of the year. Boeing is finding out you get what you paid for.
