Ron,

All annual reports of public companies have a section covering "Managements Discussion and Analysis of Financial Conditions and Results of Operations," which provides the shareholder with comments on the fiscal year being covered. The "Chairman's Letter to Shareholders" is an opportunity for management to update the reader with new situations and developments that occurred between the ending fiscal year and the issuance of the actual report. A responsive and sensitive management will address sensitive issues in a timely fashion and dispense with any bullshit. Hopefully, tomorrow's conference call will strike a more positive feeling amongst the investment community. So far, the price action is indicative of a continuing lack of well being regarding the near term prospects of FIBR.

Management is, and should be answerable to all shareholders. The annual report is certainly a forum that, at least in theory, reaches all stock owners, and is a perfect opportunity for management to address the current concerns we should all be sharing.

regards,
glen
