If WNCR is for real and it's not a scam then a few things need to take place that will bring out the real value in this company.

1)If management is the problem they MUST be replaced A.S.A.P with a group that can get the job done.

2)They must get rid of the Synergy Group immediately and bring in a trustworthy group(since their not)to tell the story to the people that can make a difference.

I'm sure there's more to add but that would do for the short term if those are the problems which they seems to be.
