"One can argue that Zimmerman was lying, but it would be strange since the rest of his story held up against fairly rigorous scrutiny."

Zim lied on several occasions including the two times he told people he had never heard of the SYG law even though he took a college course in which that law was given primary focus.....Z got an A in the course about a year and half before he killed Martin...

Zim's lies and attempts to hide the money being donated for his defense got him tossed into the slammer without bail........

Zim dictated the details of that night to a friend who has written a book, ie Zim was already trying to profit from his killing of a kid.....

"So, answer the question: How many punches would YOU tolerate before using your weapon? Would you allow yourself to be beaten unconscious and refuse to shoot the attacker?"

I think you just defined a gun hugging vigilante...........
