"I don't understand why you have ignored your bell curve rolling up at various times over the last half year." I don't use that methodology; you do. I have spent a lot of time analyzing WSJ money flow figures and that has my time full. Those figures gave me a sell signal in late April (at around SPX 1580) and the signal failed, which, with filters built in, has never happened before in the last 5 years, so I cannot make any market calls until this situation clarifies.
