My current positions are long the SP, short bonds, short gold and silver, and I bought DRN yesterday... I think the housing market is going to recover faster than most people think... the housing starts and building permits were down as reported earlier this week... but this only means less homes are being built, and with rates moving higher I think people will start buying homes sooner than later... that should deplete the inventory of available homes on the market... that should increase home prices with the next 6 to 12 months... just a hunch... GZ
