Brian, I can't disagree with you about the possibility of a high % of claimed rebates because I don't have info available to me that suggests what the average rate is for this type of program. Perhaps someone out there with sales or marketing experience could help us out with the numbers. As far as being capacity constrained-- I have not heard this in the past, is it something you just have a feeling about or have you seen some data that confirms this? I would think the idea that they are offering rebates to spur sales would suggest one of two things, 1) they have un-utilized capacity available to them, or 2) they have stuffed the sales channel and are now trying to clear that product overhang.
