Cape Coral moving on up...ground zero for overbuilding of cheap, unliveable homes sold to people who could not afford them. 6 years in from the crash a house is sold for 5.3 million. I know this home, I have been in it many times. It has been refurnished with cheapish furniture for its grandeur...no way $200k could furnish 18k sq. ft.

Great location..and 1/3 the price of a similar home in Naples. Cape Coral is getting Naples quality restaurants now. Things are really booming there.
