That's bullshit, Dave. We know that if you catch cancer early, it can be eliminated and cured a comparitively low cost, but if you don't, it can be ruinously expensive to treat and still be fatal. It's the same with many, many other conditions. So, you're the ONLY one I know of that knows that "empirically".
