PC is what many people do not have with the current health system configuration in the US.
I already said that the uninsured usually don't have access to preventative care. That's a given. Currently the percentage of Americans without health insurance is at 16%.

Who else doesn't have access to preventative care?

A lot of the insured in this country are the elderly.....many don't have supplemental insurance so they can barely pay the copay for required medical attention let alone preventative care. Then you have people who have high deductibles and only have their health insurance for emergencies. Not likely they are getting PC.

16% = 45 million
medicare= 40 million
High deductible = unknown.

That's a lot of Americans who are not getting PC.
