There are a lot of variables.

I posted an article that I thought was interesting, and where comments were interesting. I think changes to Florida law are needed. I'm going to reread them both.

In the post after the one I Replied to, with content by Andrew F. Branca (the MA lawyer), he reminds those who don't know that Florida has a self-defense law that is separate from its 2005 “Stand Your Ground” "self-defense law". That post has a link to each one.

The Zimmerman defense did not use “Stand Your Ground” AFAIK.
