Nice find Pam! All and all it's a buy. The only thing that bothers them is that the stock is in a downtrend. A close below 10 might send it alittle lower. Nobody can predict tops and bottoms so the best thing that you can do is start to accumulate the stock in it's lower 1/3 of it's trading range. Give it some time and you'll be selling it in it's upper 1/3 of it's trading range. By the time Vectorvest changes to a buy the stock will be trading at 12 or 13. You will have missed the boat. The risk-reward ratio is in our favor. I see maybe, just maybe 2 points on the downside and 10 points on the upside. Make sense? The PE trading range on this stock goes from 7.3 to a high of 18.7 for the last 4 years. I don't know the industry's average but I can tell you it's all over the board because of the higher risk companies that threw it off this year with all of their losses. Start to accumulate now and if it goes lower add to it is the best stratagy.
