Jim, remember a while back when you said a city has to go bankrupt in order to break the stranglehold by unions and their pensions?

Seems like a judge in Michigan thinks even that is "unconstitutional":

What's even better is that the judge sent a copy of her judgement to President Obama, hoping for a bailout. Cause you know, bankruptcies by the city are "unconstitutional," but begging for bailouts from outside the state are not.

Who appoints these wacko judges anyway?
