I added some more BAP today at 112.2$. The bank appears well capitalized with 4.1B$ in equity and 21B$ in loans. Metrics like ROA (~2.5%), efficiency ratio (50%) look good, as do forward earnings (11x forward PE) but that depends on the stability of the financial and economic framework in Peru. Worth a bet for me at current prices.

I purchased two 99 share odd lot's in COLE yesterday and a few days before that just to tender them. I make no claims that it's a value stock currently (although it does look like one if the cheaper REIT's out there based on the 13.X FFO multiple). I think the tender will go through and then I am done with it.

That said, I think it is possible that the stock will crater after the tender is concluded. A poster another board mentioned that his broker was offering 8% annualized, if he lends out his shares (for shorting). That is pretty rich and indicates that shorts play this one, probably for a plunge after the tender. If COLE really plunges after the tender, I might buy some shares again, possibly for a trade,
