>> The primary reason the data is very conclusively not in favor of the US is ACCESS.

This was the mantra of the WHO study, which was ridiculous both in its consideration of access and in its evaluation of access. Practically everyone in the US has access to better care than available in most OECD countries.

For example, an indigent patient at Parkland Hospital will get care that is among the best available anywhere in the world. Without one nickel. Even in the poorest areas, for example, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (one of the poorest areas in the country), prior to Obamacare, a person could get the best care available in the area without one nickel to his/her name.

The point is that these bogus studies don't take this into account. They consider people who are uninsured as not having "access" but that simply is not a factual look at things.

Obamacare, however, appears to be on the road to REDUCING access to quality care. Instead of doctors, people will see nurses. Important technologies that once filtered down to the poor within a few years (for example, the life-saving drug Prozac -- which was cost prohibitive for many in the 80s is now affordable to anyone) will simply no longer be developed.

The only thing that is totally apparent in this discussion is that this is a subject you do not have much knowledge about. You appear to operating totally on partisanship and ideology. Not a good way to look at the problems of society.
