Of course it happens in california, prohibition is nation wide, jesus your really such a dense evasive fool. We are inured to thinking about this as a solvable issue for the nimrods like you that are too busy with the theoretical moralizing , evasions which translated are interests in earning political currency & polarization. Rather than attempting change of policy which we know works thru past experience. You have little interest in things that work apparently on earth, perfect heaven awaits you.

(Not to mention the admission the thing has turned out completely fubar, but doesn't stop you from pretending some higher moral ground, something lifetime of practice in)
