Apparently the judges hands were tied on that one. Blame it more on stupid laws we have here in FL. If she had actually shot him she might be home now. Hope she can get some grounds on appeal or pardon by the Governor? As to your points on what will work to help black people i would say until we stop having such a high percentage of kids born out of wedlock and set policies directed at growing from the middle out again little will change. Another point. Black males need to develop there niche, develop a skill set as well that will allow them to be productive in society. I notice too many want to take the easy way out rather than learn blue collar skills or stay in school and get a higher education. I rarely if ever encounter a highly skilled black contractor here in FL..
