Well I can name a couple that I've used in the dim past when i did some software development for the older x86 and 8085. They had a both PL/M-86 and a PL/M-85 compiler that we used extensively. We also used their ISIS software for their MDS systems that we used to drive ICE-86 and ICE-85 in-circuit emulators. Of course we also used their x86 and 8085 assemblers along with their slightly clumsy 2 step link/locate executable module builder.

Actually, 500 software developers sounds like a hell of a lot for a hardware company IMO.
