Who was against the invasion of Iraq from the very start - the very start, not after it became popular to do so which was way too late - was Ron Paul! Now if you still want to get on your high horse and preach that these guys never have a good idea, well great - do so. But I commend Ron Paul for being just about the only politician who had the balls to be against the war at a time that was not a popular position.
